Can we move from what we use today?
Yes. Member lists from spreadsheets and exports from other systems can be imported. The system checks the data, finds duplicates and shows a test run before anything is saved.
Where is our data stored?
The platform is hosted in the EU with encryption and full access logs. Only the board and the people you give access can see homeowner information. We will go through your requirements under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 during the demo.
Can we leave again?
Yes. You can download all your data at any time in a structured, encrypted format. We want you to stay because it works, not because it is hard to leave.
Do homeowners need to install anything?
